Cottage Housing, Inc. has begun the Home Run! Initiative to expand our successful participant driven programs in the Sacramento region.

By the end of our second decade of program operations, CHI will:

  • Double our residential capacity from 241 to 502 bedrooms; targeting reunification of homeless parents with children in foster care 
  •  Launch small business enterprises to create job opportunities while raising program income and agency visibility 
  •  Establish a training center where other communities can learn how to start strength-based participant-driven programs
