At the age of 15 I got introduced to the drug world. It started out with
pot and then escalated into just about everything.
I managed to waste most of my
adult life locked up in one prison or another.

The last time I got arrested was 2005 had to be the worst day
of my life and right then I knew something had to change.
After a residential treatment program I came to Quinn Cottages
 and now I’m enrolled in Sac City College and I’m taking a Mechanical Electrical Technology (MET) course. My daughter and I have heart to heart talks
and my son gets to know the feeling of his dad finally make a change. 
 
I was alive before, but not really living.
Now I am living life to its fullest and it’s only just started.
